The Assassination Of Barack Obama!?! Share This!

I am among the many who was outraged by the insensitive, caustic and wishful 'assassination' mantra that seems to be Senator Hillary Clinton's last hope for a way to win the Democratic Nomination For President Of The United States. I have long thought perhaps this man was a lot more of a threat to the status quo, the power elite than many give him credit for. I have long felt that Barack Obama may in fact scare as many black people of that group as he does white. Senator Clinton's Freudian slips give me cause to think I am absolutely correct. And while I was thinking about the matter it occurred to me just why this might be the case and why a scenario where Senator Barack Obama is assassinated by parties unknown, [they always remain unknown-these people] might just play into the hands of the neo-conservative forces determined to tighten the grip on the American Gulag. Follow me on this and take my advice seriously:

The Death Of Ron Brown With all the power of the Presidency at his disposal, Bill Clinton failed to discover the facts surrounding the death of the man who engineered his successful bid to win the Presidency. This was the first symptom, as far as I am concerned that perhaps we had a highly effective mole in the Democratic Party, one who subscribed to the very things he purportedly was the die-hard enemy of, fascism disguised as conservative American Politics. The results of his policies bear scrutiny in this regard.

The Clinton Administration never delivered Universal Health Care, even with the power of the veto and the power of the Presidential Executive Order.

The Clinton Administration completed what Richard Nixon started with his detente initiative toward China, ergo the wholesale export of American manufacturing to Asia at the cost of triple digit millions of American jobs.

The Clinton Administration's NAFTA initiative undermined a hundred years of progress by labor to create fair wages and benefits, safe work environments and a more human environment for all American workers while opening the door to 20 Mexican workers to replace poor black and white workers in America while allowing crack and meth to flood these neighborhoods in unprecedented volumes. This sneaky genocide and population replacement continues unabated.

What did Ron Brown know that cost him his life? I can tell you what he didn't know: He didn't know that the Clintons were not his friends! Had they ever been his friends they would have left no stone unturned to find the perpetrators of his obvious assassination. Unless, of course, they were the perpetrators of his assassination. Why did the investigation into the death of a cabinet level Secretary fail to have a conclusion, a suspect, a conviction?

In that context, the context of a history of people dying when they got in the way of the political agenda of The Clinton pair, was Hillary Clinton's use of the word 'assassination' several times during her campaign a matter of exhaustion, of innocent statements of fact about the campaign? If not, what are the implications for us in the Summer Of 2008? Check it out!

1. Let's say, Clinton's code word or wishful thought[whatever it is]results in the assassination of Barack Obama. What is the likely public response? Well, I promise you black people will pour into the streets in outrage and riot. Maybe this time a lot of white people will as well. However, we live in a George Bush Regime. A regime that is ready, willing and able to quell that rioting by suspending the constitution, declaring martial law, calling out the national guard, and creating a monstrous imposition of despotic rule by decree in this country. My advice: Should Barack Obama, candidate for the office of President Of The United States be assassinated this summer, PLEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEE! Stay at home, lay low and prepare to deal with his death without presenting the dark forces with an opportunity to finish the job they started.

2. If Barack Obama is successful at winning the presidency, he still has four years or more during which his life is at risk, especially if he turns out to be true to his word about changing the political landscape of America. It is imperative that we realize that Obama is not the change, he is the messenger of the change. As President he would only 'preside' over the changes WE make where we are-in our communities across this land. He cannot do for us what we refuse to do for ourselves and no matter how much he might like to create change, THE CHANGE IS US!

3. The hidden value of Barack Obama's candidacy is not whether he wins or loses, whether he is our saint or sinner, nor whether he delivers on his promises. It is that we, the American people, have demonstrated an unprecedented power at a grassroots level that is truly unstoppable. With the collective power of small donations Barack Obama out-performed fundraisers in both camps. With the collective power of Black, White, Asian, Latin and Native American individual wills, Barack Obama has shown us the we are a power to be reckoned with. Don't Forget this ever.

Masaru Emoto & The Power Of Words

This is Masaru Emoto noted researcher and author of "The Message from Water". In a very compelling presentation of the findings of his research on the effect of words on the molecular structure of water, Mr. Emoto may be on his way to a Nobel Prize; at least he should be if the scientific community grasp the overwhelming implications of his research. Mr. Emoto presents compelling evidence that words directly effect the water as evidenced by the structure of ice crystals before and after words are spoken into water. This is mind-boggling and life changing for any thoughtful person once you have a grasp of what this all means.

After seeing water react to different environmental conditions, pollution and music, Mr. Emoto and colleagues decided to see how thoughts and words affected the formation of untreated, distilled, water crystals, using words typed onto paper by a word processor and taped on glass bottles overnight. The same procedure was performed using the names of deceased persons. The waters were then frozen and photographed. The photographs can only be described as astounding. The link to the photos is here:

http://www.life-enthusiast.com/twilight/research_emoto.htm

Now here's what happens to your mind once you get it.

1. You remember that you are 70% water and that your thoughts and your words may have a direct impact on your physical being, not only that but an immediate impact which you will feel long before anybody else does.

2. You think about the Genesis scripture where God "said" "let there be light" over the surface of the "watery deep" and there was light, not only that, everything else God "said" "let their be" became exactly what he said. Ahhhhhhh! Deep!

3. You begin to understand the power of words and thought in another way entirely. If what we say can effect water, then what we say can effect us most immediately and everyone around us next. If this is true we are going about everything all wrong.

If we speak into existence all that we are, then our negative thoughts create negativity for real.

If we think and speak negative thoughts we are harming ourselves. We are harming the person to whom we direct negative thoughts. We are harming people around us who have nothing to do with our thoughts, who are just passing through.

Saying nothing rather than denigrate another human being or situation is tatamount to protecting ourselves from harm. That means how we speak to and about children, spouse, Aunt Lucille, Sistah Sarah and the people who make decisions about our lives has the first and most direct impact on our very selves. WoW!

Blessing your enemy takes on a whole new meaning. Return good for evil takes on a whole new meaning. Being merciful, loving and kind takes on a value of direct personal impact.

I would be delighted to have your responses to this info.

Economic Outlook

In the 1st quarter of 2008 Americans were shocked by the reality of where we, as a nation stand in regard to our dollar, our credit, our overall economic state. The picture is not good. Not that there weren't indications of a major disaster in the making glaring, blaring and screaming for attention that never came until too late. The U.S. economy is in the midst of a recession. This month alone over 80,000 jobs have been slashed from the available workforce. The knife is just getting bloody. Be prepared for more. The facts as they are today:

1. Bloomberg report that of 65 nations rated for economic performance in 2007 the United States was last at number 65. Dismal. Worse than dismal.

2. The current trend toward globalization, a nice word for screw you America, is likely to continue the trend for multi-national corporations to downsize their American operations.

3. While the Federal Reserve is happy to print brand new crisp money for companies like JPMorgan/Bear Stearns to bail them out of a nasty situation brought on by their own financial indescretions, only tokens are being offered to taxpayers. Don't expect a bailout of any significance. You're pretty much on your own.

What can African Americans expect in the next few years where money and prosperity is concerned? We can expect more and more African Americans to create business enterprises as jobs for African Americans in the corporate world disappear or we can expect an ever larger number of African Americans to become economic bankrupts without the means of providing even the basics. This as the costs for fuel, commodities like food and other requirements for life skyrocket. The current economic crisis in America, brought on-as usual-by 10s of trillions of dollars devoted to conflict and the tools of war, as usual by the never ending quest by corporate interests for more profit, less regulation and fewer employees doing more and more work-will continue as forces for globalization continue their quest for a one world government, for a labor class as close to free as at all possible and for the reduction or elimination of civil liberties for all human beings except those who are members of the status quo.

This has nothing at all to do with racism believe it or not. Racism is a reaction to these forces at work; a reaction directed at the wrong peoples for the wrong reasons by the people most immediately effected by the ever expanding ripples of change. However, as government and corporate interests reach deeper into tthe tax pool to fund their adventures, African Americans will feel the effects, are feeling the effects in disproportionate numbers. Why? Because, in order to maintain the relationship with the Caucasian labor population in America until they too are no longer needed-also happening right now-the status quo will be forced to give more and more jobs currently held by African Americans to Caucasian Americans . Simple. Is this racist? No! It's business.

Taken personally African Americans will expend energy needed for making critical changes on riots and speeches and general ineffectiveness and will not be able to move to the next step in our own evolution. Preparation In order for African Americans to survive the shift away from us as the primary labor pool in America, African Americans must reach into and get control of the resources available to us now, the money we generate from within our own communities. This lesson has been presented to us for hundreds of years, now as Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Jewish, Pakistani, Indian, Mexican, Italian and other ethnic groups have come to America and within one generation create their unique communities and economies. This is a social imperative for African Americans now. We must create vehicles of commerce, systems that interface with the larger world economy and finally create independence. This is what is being demanded of African Americans. It is not beyond us to do. Nor is it unfair to ask of us. We are better equipped than any other people to create and manage systems that allow us no longer to have dependence on a government or a corporation in order to survive and thrive.

To make this independence a reality we must expand our efforts to

1. Emphasize business creation over job creation which will allow us to employ African Americans leaving the American workforce,

2. Engage the larger world market opportunities by focusing our investments on commodities and their instruments of exchange, as well as the global currency exchange-FOREX. Doing this will allow us to access impersonal wealth creation options, dependent not on our labor but on our investments,

3. Identify and economically isolate-from our dollars-those companies whose policies damage our communities and our individual well-being., in other words refrain from making our enemies rich. The tools for making this important transition are available now. The Virtual Of African Americans is committed to making these tools and resources available here.

Virtual Nation: Reaching beyond The Black Divide!

African Americans of the 21st century will engage the world with an entirely different set of tools than our forebears of even decades past. As we enter an aggressively globalizing world economy we will find allies far afield of our communities and neighborhoods and forge alliances in every more eccentric circles. COntrary to many who feel Presidential candidate Barack Obama's purported ties to corporate America is a negative, that his very successful effort to create a coalition of Americans from all walks of life is tatamount to selling out African Americans, and that a policy of healing racial division is to deny historical grievances of African American descendants of slavery, I believe these efforts to bridge the African American paradigm are critical.

Globalization of the world's national economies will continue unabated, not only because of corporate energies committed to cheap labor and reduced regulation but also because our communication tools have almost completely eliminated time, distance and language barriers. The Internet has shrunken the playing field and create numerous opportunities and challenges to typical American ways of creating a livable income. It is imperative that African Americans think in terms of how we can most effectively leverage technology tools, skills and resources to accommodate the relentless and blistering pace of change engulfing us, which truly has nothing at all to do with race.

A quick look at where America stands in relation to world economic efficiency and growth can be had from this excerpt from Money & Markets Report which quotes a Bloomberg source of information on the state of our economy in the world:

This dismal performance can't be ignored and suggests we have serious problems to address before we can reclaim either moral or political authority in world leadership. This dismal performance is color blind. It includes African Americans, and white Americans of all persuasions. Any time Botswana leads the United States of America in economic performance by over 150% percentiles, the problem has long been out of hand and the people we have all relied on to protect our interests, meaning the public interest-our jobs, our credit, our dollar and our tax revenues have sold us out in ways considerable only as treasonous. It is no longer a matter of who to elect to another term of this insanity but who should go to jail for participating in the most horrendous betrayal by American political leadership, in the entire history of this country.

Is it possible that our inability to collar our criminal politicians of local, state and federal ilk, operating in advanced stages of greed morbidity is having this enormous impact on our ability to compete in the world markets?

Is it also possible that because we insist on being divided by race, within race, by religion within religion and by the least of all reasonable divisors-political opinion, which amounts to squat in the grand scheme of things, that we are dividing ourselves right out of existence? Even with the best of intentions, An Obama Presidency will take all of one term and half of another before we can see a turnaround and that only if he takes extraordinarily drastic measures.

African Americans absolutely must join forces with our like-minded Caucasian, Asian, Latin and other ethnic American countrymen and women if we are to correct this very alarming state of affairs. The alternative is to continue to slide into chaos and oblivion; a state of struggle that will only encourage and increase the constrictor grip of fascism upon us all and destroy our freedom, relative though it is.

Don't Fall For The OkiDoke!

There has never been a time in history when people have been more polarized to extremisms. Extreme views, in my opinion are postures determined to hide a flaw somewhere. With legs spread wide, arms crossed, mouth fixed and a glare that admits no light and almost always broadcasts hatred of something, extremism is identical wherever you see it manifest. The same look will bleed from the eyes of Taliban fighters, Muslim fundamentalists, Christian Fundamentalists, Capitalists and communists, dictators and revolutionaries. Here is a list of things all extremists have in common with each other:

1. A very superficial understanding of the true cause of their suffering-This includes feminists and sexists, Zionists and Fascists, Catholics and Protestants, rich and poor. [Wait! What makes you think the rich suffer! Well they do! We'll talk about that in subsequent posts but take my word for it, they suffer profoundly.]

2. Because they have a superficial understanding of the true cause of their suffering, they create and subsequently attack the wrong enemy every single time, without fail.

3. Because they conduct the ensuing war against the wrong enemy [every single time]
they are never, ever relieved of their suffering; they never, ever win the war and because of their shame at discovering this bitter truth, they never ever admit that they didn't win the war after all, nor that they were fighting the wrong enemy in the first place.

4. They completely and totally disconnected from love for children, spouses, friends, pets, or other objects of love, even when they assure themselves this is not true. Don't believe it? Then consider this: That not one extremist will blink twice about sending a loved one into harm's way to get at their wrong enemy, whether by sending a child loaded with C4 to detonate a suicidal/homicidal charge [I say homicidal because the person who hypnotizes another into such an act of insanity is committing murder] in the midst of non-combatants, or-by acts of aggression inviting the wrath of armed forces into their midst, extremists in every case will validate this statement as true.

5. Extremists seldom, if ever, generate enough introspective truth to know they need psychiatric help.

That said, I will leave you to look around and find these people in your midst. I promise you, they will suddenly, as if by magic begin to pop up all around you. Maybe your wife, your husband, your son, daughter or best friend. Try not to show that you know. Just observe for a while until you are certain that the symptoms I have shown you above are present. You will find some others, because if you live with an extremist, you have probably been subjected to violence or the threat of violence to your own person at some time or other.

O.K. Enough for now. Next Time- The OkiDoke!

African American Entrepreneurism Is The Key To Financial Independence

Here are 10 good reasons to be an entrepreneur rather than an employee.

1. Entrepreneurs find niches and itches, then create new products and services to match. The reward is a grand sense of accomplishment far more satisfying than anything you can find in a job.

2. Entrepreneurs are self designed, created and managed. The resulting feeling of independence offers a healthy sense of self worth.

3. Entrepreneurs don't spend months looking for jobs. They spend those same months creating a business they own.

4. You don't need a degree to create a successful enterprise.

5. Entrepreneurs are more likely than an employee to create a winning business.

6. Entrepreneurs are more likely to pick up from a losing business and start over.

7. Entrepreneurs attract investors. Employees don't.

8. Entrepreneurs are more likely to manage money well.

9. Entrepreneurs are more likely to have more than one skillset.

10. Entrepreneurs make better lovers. {Wink!}

Oh! Here's a bonus for this list.

Entrepreneurs hire employees.

Blind Sided Economics & Politics

The economic model of mind that created nature as we know it is pure genius at work. A tree, say an orange tree [since I spent part of my childhood living in a house surrounded by orange groves] produces fruit. Lots of it. A single tree will produce between 400 and 550 fruits per year. This is astounding in and of itself, however, the real genius is in the fact that each fruit produces seeds, in the case of the orange, sometimes as many as a dozen seed, dependent on any of a number of environmental conditions. Which means, one tree will produce a conservative average of 35,000 seeds per year which the have the potential of producing 15 to 20 million fruit from 35,000 trees.

In other words the economic model of the mind that created nature is designed toward outrageous abundance. This model is found everywhere in nature in varying degrees. When I contemplated this [it literally followed me around and nipped at my heels until I stopped my usual mental chatter and pondered it] I compared it to what I know to be the dominant economic model in the world, Capitalism. My commiserations about capitalism led, of course, to an examination of both socialism and communism all of which struggle to become the sole system for the planet; a struggle which has cost billions of lives to date from causes easy to discover; War, Famine [Naturally enough, you can't grow corn in a war zone. This rule applies to nations, it applies to families, it applies even to individuals. A person at war with himself will soon become unproductive of income or anything positive.] disease & grief. This is the continuing legacy of the struggle between these forces. Some like to describe this as the struggle between good and evil but I think the words of Jesus "You can tell the tree by it's fruit" will always apply and all three of these systems, with capitalism and communism topping the list are responsible for untold death and suffering.

Capitalism manifest is a miles wide scar on the surface of the Earth where any mineral you care to name has been gouged out and carried off with no regard to the natural beauty marred by such activity. This is nearly always the legacy of untrammeled capitalism and is the source of global ecological imbalances that are costing even more lives as well as the war, famine, disease and grief. It doesn't have to be that way but despite some recent efforts to modify the course, this march toward global self annihilation is still our first concern. [I often wonder whether the increase in tectonic plate turbulence-earthquakes-may have as its secret cause the billions of gallons of oil we removed from deep with the planet.] At the core of
the blind side of capitalism is greed, power lust, and the insatiable appetite to have infinitely far more than any human being needs to live comfortably, along with an amazing propensity for trashing the environment in which it operates and refusing to take responsibility for cleaning up their messes. These are the obvious psychoses of the the multinational corporations, leaders of the free world. There are other more subtle such but you might not want to know.

Communism manifest is a nation of people living in fear of each other. This is typically because the war between capitalism and communism creates leadership afraid of being undermined by the always aggressive and determined efforts of capitalists, who must have resources and manpower to maintain its life. Communist rule by suppression of the forces within it which would destroy it. It creates a certain darkness of life while failing miserably to deliver the promises of the revolutions which bring it to power. Sadly enough, communism's tenets are not all bad.

Socialism, the shining hope that man will get over trying to be God and focus on mastering humanity and deal equitably with his neighbors in all cases, is producing the most successful 'fruits' so far but is weighed down by the necessity for very high taxation to accomplish what it must. It also has not the will nor the resources to significantly modify its powerful antagonists. In the interim the friction between these paradoxically competing systems costs lives and puts our planet in peril.

Capitalism is the core resource of both communism and socialism. Without it both would experience significant loss of energy. Yet, capitalism must ultimately yield to reason. The current "fruit" of the many years of elitist power, money and natural resource grabbing is a nearly global economic meltdown. What we've witnessed so far is only the beginning. It is the warning that unless we grasp and implement a paradigm where these three systems function in a global synergy, empowering and protecting all levels of humanity, "no flesh will be saved."

Capitalism, socialism and kibbutz style 'communal' systems functioning in every country [with limited cultural adaptations] like a three strand rope, along with the re-education of blind Side capitalists and their political operatives of every description, would create a new and dynamic environment for resource management, population development and management and would create wealth at levels no mean-spirited, exploitive system has yet produced, while protecting our fragile ecosystems. Kibbutz styled production systems take the load off capitalist infrastructures, who manage poorly when it comes to handling the human waste products of its ventures, the poor. The poor, [who have little to offer capitalists if they are destitute because they can't buy products] benefit from the first and most important productivity requisite; dignity, rewarding work and well maintained family structures. There is absolutely no reason any child should die of malnutrition on a planet that so easily produces far more than we can ever use. [For that reason alone, poverty- in any country-is a terrible indictment of the government of that country.] This also takes the load off the middle class, whose taxes pay for inept institutions heavy on bureaucrats but short on results. How is it possible that supposedly well educated business, political, religious and economic minds haven't done the math to discover how infinitely much more profitable a healthy, relatively well off population is compared to what we face now-globally? With numerous "bubbles" bursting around them-real estate, stocks, bonds, and credit, who is sounding the warning that business as usual is about to force a lot of formerly wealthy people to the glass outer walls of crystal towers worldwide, unless an epidemic of humility, connectedness with their common humanity and honesty about the "fruits" they've produced so far sweeps across the landscape of the world's elite business, political and spiritual leadership.

Where once capital found it desirable, if not necessary to keep a segment of the population in darkness, the policy has cost more money that it ever earned and has now created an underclass with one tenth of the potential to buy the products and services they would had the promises of the American Dream in particular had been more than smoke and mirrors. The policy has backfired. Like Rome herself, the nations of the free world are being overrun by the modern barbarians. Like their ancient counterparts the modern barbarian has nothing to lose by creating chaos. Like their ancient counterparts, they will be unable to create a revolution that does something other than revisit the past. At a cost of $40,000 annual to incarcerate one human being, and the additional costs of maintaining a court system long overdue for a comprehensive restructuring, it would seem that the cost of keeping people poor, unproductive and prone to violence because of it, would inspire these brilliant economist, psychologists, politicians, bureaucrats, attorneys, judges and others to come up with a solution that makes sense. The blind, however, continue to lead the blind to the detriment of us all.

This Is MySpeak For The Virtual Nation Of African America

Freedom begins with and ends with the mind. No matter what state of material comfort a man attains his enslavement can and most often does come about, not because of his material lack or abundance but because of his lack of freedom of mind! No matter how contained, no matter how tortured, how controlled, restricted, incarcerated or physically constrained, his freedom is always delivered with & through his freedom of mind. The power of the mind to liberate even a hopelessly incarcerated man is, while quite often his last resort, his most powerful and irresistible weapon. K. Koje http://virtualnations.ning.com

This blog is designed to describe my conceptual, psychological and emotional stimulus for creating The Virtual Nation Of African America. It is an invitation, a challenge and possibly for some a crucible [crucible in the positive sense that a laboratory instrument used for heating to high intensity various chemical compounds for scientific purposes is a crucible] in that we will of necessity be forced to intensely scrutinize long held beliefs, assumptions, habits of thinking [or as fact would have it-not thinking really] and patterns of behavior we cherish-for no good reason really-in order for the purest possible intent of this idea to be realized.

The intent of this idea is to create a living, breathing artificial entity, in the very same way that corporations, LLCs, NGOs and patnerships become artificial entities, imbued with the power of a person, enlivened by the wills, minds and hearts of many actual persons. The Virtual Nation Of African America is Already that! It's first cell is already multiplying in the artificial womb of the completely artificial world we call the internet, cyberspace, the web, etc. Other cells have already received the delightful spark of it's life and are vibrating with anticipation of...more!

Because I am immersed completely in the idea, allow me please to describe the liberating psychology of it -the psychology of liberation for me-the first simple cell of the artificial entity to vibrate with the power of it [keeping in front of you the idea that freedom begins with and ends with the mind] and please forgive me for taking a long a circuit route to describe the recover of my sanity from dismay and depression. There is no other way to do it:

From my long life in America as a sixth or even seventh generation expatriate African, I experience every day of my life a feeling, a hunger, a vacuum void at the center of myself that begins with my very name. I have no name. This thing I wear, the thing I am forced to respond to as my legal name is a matter of constant but subtle embarrassment to me. The name is no more legal than any of the crimes committed centuries ago that are the cause of me wearing this thing. It's like walking around with a pink elephant on my head and calling it a hat. It forced me all these years to pretend I like wearing it even though I hate the color and when the people who put it there use it to turn my head about in response to them I am resentful about it but only for a split second because I have been socialized to hide that resentment most immediately for fear I will act it out on some poor, unsuspecting fool.

The fact is, I don't have a name. John Smith has a name only if he is of European descent. If he is of African Descent he doesn't have a name. He has a pink elephant masquerading as a name and he is the object of an affront so subtle, he actually can live a whole lifetime and not relate that feeling, that hunger, that vacuum void to the fact that he has no name. Having no name, he has no culture, having no culture he has no country, having no country he has no land, having no land he has nothing to leave his progeny and his emptiness is that of having no heritage of acceptable merit, only the vestiges of a terrible, terrible event, deep in his ancestral history that set the game, established the slanted rules and fitted him with the pink elephant, that dreary pink elephant that his mother and father wore, trying desperately to be proud of it while hiding their own rage about having no name. [Could this be the same anomaly that forces my beautiful sleeping sisters to endure [too often with pride] the absurdity of attaching other women's hair, or worse fake hair to their wonderful bouquet fragrant African hair? The deeper absurdity of making their enemies rich while doing so?]

The saddest part of it all happened the day reason entered my mind. I can't even remember what sparked it. What prompted it to enter when it did. I had thought it [reason] was part of my original equipment, like my ears, my eyes, my feet. Until it entered and said "Why are you walking around with this pink elephant on your head?" I said "No! That's my hat!" Then I realized that it was-in fact-a pink elephant. But not only was I wearing a pink elephant, everybody, including my parents and generations of parents before all wore this thing and pretended they were wearing hats. Worse still, the same was true of everybody like me, of African Descent, living as African Americans.

The truth of the matter was, somebody had seriously, criminally messed with my psyche and that of everybody in my family tree, and that of everybody like me, in all directions, as far as I could see.
We were all wearing pink elephants for hats. We were all suffering deep but oh so subtle psychosis because of it, manifesting as anger at each other, exaggerated or false senses of self, aberrations about food, religion, drugs, even our sexuality injured because we had false names and thus, false lives. Not only that, so deeply had they damaged our ancestors psyches they had made our ancestors first coerced, then willing conspirators in damaging their own children's psyches long before we could defend against it.

So what to do? Well, you can change your name. How do I do that? Well, you file a petition with the court for a legal name change. The judge will hold a hearing to determine if you will be 'allowed' to change it. Of course they'll check to make sure you haven't committed some crime but if not, pay a court fee, pay your attorney [approx. $500.00 if your not smart enough to do the filing yourself] and it's done. All right. Good plan!

Until reason set in. Maddening reason. Always right! Always-bearing-the-glaring-torch-of- truth reason cut like a razor through that solution:

Reason: "So what are you going to name yourself?"

Me:"How about Abu Mohammed"

Reason:"What does it mean?"

Me: "Hmmm! I don't know!"

Reason: "Are you Muslim?"

Me: "No. But I could be easily enough!"

Reason: "Africans with muslim names have them for the same reasons Africans with Christian names have them. They got them because some conqueror took their names and forced them to wear theirs. Africans are muslims by conquest, not by heritage. Even the converted did so because they were conquered, first in body then in mind. Compelling reasons why war must be eliminated once and for all time from the human reality."

Me: Oh!

Reason: Besides. If the acts perpetrated on your ancestors were criminal and illegal, how can any court, [which enforces you having to wear the designated pink elephant at all times and will jail you if you try to legally use a different pink elephant to represent yourself meaning an illegal entity will decree that your legal right to alter your name is illegal], how can any illegal, criminal court system, imposed on people it had no right to systematically kidnap, enslave and rob of name, country and heritage give you legal sanction to change your name or even deny your right to do so without regard to what anybody thinks about it? Further, why would you pay somebody for the privilege, when even if you create a name out of your head, it can never replace what should have been your name, nor can it do for you what your real name would do, which is, identify you with your family, your clan, your nation, your culture and your heritage, the way the name....say-Windsor...almost automatically connects you with the British royal family? Not only does the name identify the person with that heritage, it identifies your inalienable right to property, money, status, purpose, trade association, protection, family and history whether the individual embraces these perqs or-as some do-reject them.

Me: Dag! [expletive sanitized]

The emptiness grows now. As I follow it, and the history of it in my life, I realize that I have been pissed for many, many years about this something that has happened to me. Something I can never, ever, ever make right. No matter what I ever do. My real name is lost forever. I cannot leave it to my children. I can not pull it out and shine it up. I don't know if it needed polish. I cannot read the great nor the notorious about it nor my ancestors-many of whom have graves deep beneath the Atlantic ocean. I can never pass on their knowledge, feel their spirits. There is no ancestral home for me where I have even a spiritual anchor. I can never say "This is where my ancestors even eight generations ago did diddly! And all this for no reason attributable to acts nor omissions on my part.

Idiots would claim that it doesn't matter. That you are what you make yourself and this is true. Still it rings hollow. It rings hollow for the same reason all apologetics for holocausts ring hollow and false to any group of people who bear that scar. I thoroughly understood this after spending literally days visiting and revisiting the Jewish Holocaust Memorial on Miami Beach. I understood why it was necessary to formally address the horror of it, the damage it caused, the scars that remain with a memorial. I was transfixed by the images, the stories. I knew I had to see this, absorb it. All African Americans should see this memorial once.

Out of a long and torturous depression, a deep and terrifying journey into myself, where I fought with my grandfathers for allowing anybody to call their offspring illegitimate, bastards; for not having the courage to stand for the validity of their many wives/not wives and the rights of all their children to stand in the sunlight as the glorious creations of God they were, for their tacit and often explicit acceptance and collusion in the conspiracy to create near zombies of their progeny and for their idiotic [in my then rebellious opinion] insistence on making their enemies rich and powerful at the expense of their own families; an encounter where I screamed at my grandmothers for breastfeeding babies who would grow up to sell, oppress and even kill their own sons, rape and demean their daughters, babies who should have perished with their parents in a blazing inferno, or choking on arsenic or hemlock; for trying to force their manners, their warped and hypocritical family values on African men and themselves; for passing right down to my mother and to my still scarred back the mean-spirited methods of torture parading as discipline and punishment they used...

Finally...I heard the gentle whispers, their calming voices cool and healing, like cooing to a screaming infant: "Please! Who could have done better given the same life? We knew the torture of the flesh, the mind, the heart and the soul. Throbbing, blazing, aching, shrieking in our bodies, breaking in our hearts, suffering in our psyches and raging in our dreams. None could know better than us. But we had to die to know the subtle torture that would pass unseen and un-noticed to our children. You...you have the luxury to even notice. You who can afford not to work from before dawn until deep in the night. You who can read and understand every single word, every concept, every nuance of what happened to us in the language denied to us by our culture shock... You for whom opportunities now exist that were inconceivable even to masters and their pawns. The real question is...

What will you do about it? What will you do? Given that every weapon you get will have already been replaced by them with better ones? Meaning-you will pay money for the excuse used to kill you and even then you will set those guns not on your real enemy nor their pawns but on your brothers and sisters, falsely believing you have done the job. Meaning that every armed revolution you create will destroy the very good it seeks and replace one bloody tyrant with one equal or worse...you!

What will you do? Given that the turf you fight for is not even your own to fight for, the land you buy with your money is stolen land, the courts you go to for justice will give you just that-JUST ICE! and even your woman must, by design, be the enforcer of your enslavement and hers because she wants, because she and your children have to have.

What will you do? How will you remove the blindfold so she can really she how wrong it all is, so she can know that the reason she is angry with you is not because you have more than one woman, but because you lie and fear to own it and provide for it like a true man; because you play competition with sisters instead of cooperation among them; because you avoid responsibility for what happened to her and her sisters, because avoid responsibility for the children you create-emulating the very thing you hate in 'them'; because the cart is before the horse about even that as long as you have done nothing to address her raped body, her sullied honor, her devastated dignity, her lost heritage, her lost inheritance; is before the horse as long as you continue to do nothing about what happened to take her name away.

But most especially, what will you do to undo what makes your whole life a sham no matter what you accomplish because you...have lost...Your Name and no matter how much money you get or fame without your name you are a ghost. A spook. A cartoon! A caricature. And not until you do something about this ravaged collective psyche will you be a man in yours or anybody else's eyes.

I woke from my depression silenced! I woke from my depression with deep respect for my ancestors, a chastened understanding of my mother, forgiveness for my father, sweet love and compassion for my brothers and sisters and a new view of the history of African America. Suddenly, as the fog cleared from my eyes, I saw magic in the fact that so many sons and daughters of slaves had conquered the pink elephant by making the names they were left with immortal. Names like Frederick Douglas, Lerone Bennett Junior, Toni Morrison, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Betty Carter, Mahalia Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Cornel West had been magically transformed. The power of the subtle affront of namelessness had been shattered, because these wonderful Africans and countless others had set blazing nuclear fire, forged in the very divinity of The Creator to these names. Lit them brighter than stars. Made them real names that identified unforgettable African people with matchless accomplishments.
The name Miles Davis could never belong to a European again. Ever. It would always burden the wearer of it with shoes within which he could shelter all his generations.

Reason, maddening reason had served me well over the course of my life. It had kept me reading. Always reading. Everything. Everybody. It had taught me how to steal education when I couldn't pay for it. It taught me how to value and use my invisibility. It taught me what happens to revolutions and revolutionaries, poisoned by their own self-importance. It taught me how to recognize pawns and kings. It taught me the motives of the faraway hidden queen, the real power behind her and what she hides behind her mask. It taught me about the eyes of predators, how they see their prey, how they smell it, about the odor of fear and its danger. It showed me the logic of every trap and I avoided most but stumbled lucky or protected like fools and babies through others. It delivered me to mentors like Samuel Clemens, Na'im Akbar, Alexander Dumas, Malcolm X, MLK, Rev. Leon Sullivan, Ernest Holmes, Lao Tsu, Confucius, Machiavelli, Carlos Castaneda, Frank Herbert,Toni Morrison, Ivan Van Sertima, Angela Davis, Nelson Mandela, Maynard Jackson, Huey Newton, Pearl Cleage, Vivian Jones, Newt Gingrich. Wildly diverse mentors. People I would never meet, many long dead but alive in their work. Reason taught me the power of the personal computer and schooled me for years in programs, processes, languages and the power of networks. Reason delivered me here sane with never a broken bone, through military service, through wars in spirit wars in the streets and cold, lonely vigils in places I had traveled with only my thumb for transportation. It delivered me to the place where galaxies are born and past all dogma, to the heart of love, truth, all knowing, all feeling. Then reason did it again.

Reason: Do you want to kill that feeling...that emptiness...that vacuum void?

Me: What are you talking about?

Reason: What you were going to do about having no name.

Me: You mean what I'm going to do about the fact that I have nothing to leave my children, my grand and great-grandchildren except things derived from corruption, avarice, rapine and the blood of billions of people for thousands of years, with even that slipping into economic chaos?

Reason: Yea that!

Me: o.k. spill it!

Reason: Freedom is in the mind! It begins there...it ends there. If you want to do something about recovering your name, which is to recover your dignity, your worth in the eyes of your woman, your eminence in the eyes of your sons and daughters, create virtually what is impossible to create elsewhere.

Create a virtual nation for and with people like you. People with no name. People who realize this emptiness. This loss. People who are pissed off about it. People who know they've done nothing about it. People who know they really have nothing they can leave their kids and grandkids that truly belongs to them. People who know doing this will psychologically heal and set their minds free of slavery because they did something meaningful about it.

Create a desktop accessible Virtual Nation for African America, where children...generations from now will have all the history, all the successes, all the mistakes, all the protagonists, antagonists, the lessons, and the solutions created by African Americans to recover, not the names they lost...these can never be recovered, but the sense, the certain knowledge, accessible with all their senses, that they came together and created a practical, evolving and responsive universal continuum, in a pure place truly their own. A monument to the trail of bones across the Atlantic, a monument to the rivers of blood poured out. An icon on school children's desktops and laptops that speaks: This Is What We Did About It!

Last night, I showed the first skeletal 'draft' of it to a young medical student friend of mine. Her response "WOW" let me know Reason was absolutely right! I showed the same 'draft' to a wise Ethiopian mother of two boys. Her excitement-again-proved Reason right! In that moment, I felt, in the aura of those beautiful African daughters their vindication. My psychological liberation was born in their excitement. The vacuum void at the pit of my soul diminished ever so much. We have the answers. The technology is here. We use it for porn, for fantasy, for things that will never serve us. For things that only rob us. There is nothing we can't easily do with it. Let's Do This! This is worthwhile!

Jim Crow! A Dangerous And Imminent Retrenchment!

I read Na'im Akbar's book "Visions For Black Men" late in the 90's. This is an extract from his official biography, which I include to give you some background before we proceed:

He is what they call a Black Psychologist, an Afrocentric Scholar, sharing his thoughts on national issues with the entire population through books, articles, lectures, seminars, radio talkshows and Internet chatrooms. His message is clear and simple, yet provocative and well grounded: Black people in America are "crazy." Not so much individually, but culturally. This scholar, psychologist, author, business owner, and lecturer was acclaimed by Essence Magazine as “one of the world’s preeminent psychologists and a pioneer in the development of an African-centered approach in modern psychology."

His name is Dr. Na'im Akbar and his ideas have penetrated most aspects of progressive thought affecting the minds of African people throughout the world. His insight and his analysis of the social concerns affecting African-Americans in particular and humanity as a whole is soul stirring, superbly rational and highly informative. Actively quoted and interviewed in print media, broadcast media and the Internet; and celebrated on five continents, Dr. Akbar is one of the greatest Thinkers and Orators of our time.

Background

Dr. Akbar was born and received his early education in the segregated South prior to the desegregation of public and educational facilities. In his late adolescence, he left this exclusively African-American social environment to become a college student at the University of Michigan. He remained at the Ann Arbor campus of the University of Michigan for the completion of his B.A., M.A. and Ph.D., degrees in psychology.

Upon completion of his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, he was invited to join the Psychology faculty at prestigious Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. He rapidly progressed from an Assistant Professor to the position of Department Chairman within two years and remained at Morehouse as a model teacher and administrator for a total of five years. In 1975 he left Morehouse College to become the Director the Office of Human Development for the (then) Nation of Islam in Chicago and gained international prominence for his publications and ideas which were projected from this post. He subsequently served on the faculty of Norfolk State University and eventually joined the psychology faculty of Florida State University where he has remained since 1979.

Now: In "Visions For Black Men" Dr. Akbar made a cryptically prophetic observation about the rise of Jim Crow and the potential for the resurgence of this nefarious and viral mindset. He accurately described the history of African Americans immediately after the civil war as comparable to our political and economic situation today. Strong African American business sector, college educations, high representation of politicians in both State and Federal government. Before Jim Crow! He then states the prophetic which I loosely paraphrase:

"If Jim Crow happened once, it can happen again."

I agreed with him absolutely then but somewhere in the back of my mind I put such a time far, far into the future. That time is now. It is growing like mold behind walls that seem otherwise pristine. You don't see much of it, and when you address what you see, what you don't see will shock you.

There is a lot of handwriting in that mold all over the walls that surround African American life in this country. It is no longer possible to ignore that African Americans are once again revisiting the reconstruction scene of post civil war America. I tend to think that history repeats itself to give us an opportunity to correct a life lesson that needed a re-test. So here we go:

In 2008 African Americans have the potential to see-in Barack Obama-the most electable African American presidential candidate in the history of this country. The high optimism many feel about this, including an overwhelming level of support from nearly every sector of ethnic America, is exciting to watch unfold. Still, my money is on Na'im Akbar. His rationales were entirely too seamless to take apart and his understanding of race hatred in America, combined with the silence otherwise well intentioned Caucasian Americans respond with when the evil among them go riding in the night make me certain that it is time for African Americans to think seriously about strategies to prevent such a dangerous and imminent retrenchment into Jim Crow-ism.

So Mr. Akbar what would you suggest we do about this threat?

Hmmmm! He's not here right now, so I will, with what I've learned from his most incisive understanding of both sides of this issue suggest in his stead

1. Dialogue: Launch pro-active initiatives that target, not the criminal justice system as the solution for individual acts of race hatred, but that we sit down in town hall like meetings with the organizations whose members perpetrate race crimes. Neo-nazis, KKK, and others. People who act out of ignorance typically do so because ignorance produces fear. If you don't know what is in the dark, fear becomes the predominant emotion. The fact is racists become more agitated when they feel helpless to change their own circumstances, especially their economic circumstances. The economic climate in America is very definitely scaring the crap out of all of us. However, therein lies a solution. We must find and share the commonality of our problems, our worries, our fears with each other. We must humanize each other immediately so we can work together to solve these problems.

2. Preparation-Don't think for five seconds that a newly elected African American President will make all our problems suddenly vanish. This is a recipe for disappointment. It took, not 8 years, but close to half a century for the current economic plight of Americans to develop. It is the result of a failed and irreparable foreign and domestic policy which will take a lot of sacrifice and a lot of work to change. Barack Obama as President will be taking charge of a runaway train loaded with passengers, all screaming for their lives. He will have the unenviable job of cleaning up messes that don't want to be cleaned up. Entrenched interests will attempt to thwart him at every turn, especially when it comes to the entitlements we share, like welfare. The entrenched bureaucracy will fight every change with fangs bared, including the DOD, civil service and others. Already the subject of death threats, he will have no more protection than did JFK when the forces of darkness decide he has to go. Immediately following a successful assassination attempt will come the ugliness we'd best work to avoid, while preparing for it. Preparing for the worst while working for the best is always prudent .

I hope Na'im Akbar is wrong. He hasn't been so far. Not about anything I've read of him. We would be wise to listen to thinkers like these.

Apology For Genocide!

Extract from a speech delivered by Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia On 13 Feb. 2008 the first day of session for the Australian Parliament-Thanks Kate's Quilt

"There comes a time in the history of nations when their peoples must become fully reconciled to their past if they are to go forward with confidence to embrace their future.

Our nation, Australia, has reached such a time.

That is why the parliament is today here assembled: to deal with this unfinished business of the nation, to remove a great stain from the nations soul and, in a true spirit of reconciliation, to open a new chapter in the history of this great land, Australia.

Last year I made a commitment to the Australian people that if we formed the next government of the Commonwealth we would in parliament say sorry to the stolen generations.

Today I honour that commitment.

I said we would do so early in the life of the new parliament.

Again, today I honour that commitment by doing so at the commencement of this the 42nd parliament of the Commonwealth.

Because the time has come, well and truly come, for all peoples of our great country, for all citizens of our great commonwealth, for all Australians - those who are indigenous and those who are not - to come together to reconcile and together build a new future for our nation."

Kevin Rudd...I salute you.

There seems to be a spate of these apologies in the offing here of late. The tone and intent of them being reconciliatory with promises to do better. On their face, a true man can do no less than accept the spirit in which such apologies are offered. After all the people of our current generation inherited the crimes of their ancestors the way we-aboriginal peoples, no matter where we are, inherited the damage done by those crimes. Still, the fact that these crimes occurred, the fact that the our destinies forever changed because of them and the fact that even now these acts of ancestral terrorism have crippling effects on these generations affected drive home the importance of creating effective deterrents to the recurrence of such nightmares in the future. Unfortunately, China will soon have to make such an apology about Darfur, along with several corporations vested in the deaths, displacement and misery of millions of indigenous African people over a region supposedly rich in oil.

My Letter to the JDL Regarding Their Attack On Will Smith

I had absolutely no problem understanding the tone, context and intent of Will Smith's commentary on Adolf Hitler. Will is a man of consummate effort at creating and maintaining a positive presence in a world where gangsta rappers use the power of the media to create a very dangerous fear in the minds of people with the power to call out the cattle cars on a group of people easily considerable as dangerous and unproductive. He has always erred towards the positive in all I have witnessed of him. You owe him an apology, if for no other reason than his own 'race legacy' of oppression and enslavement absolutely precludes that he would consider Hitler as anything other than a monster. There was no apology for Hitler in the statement I read as quoted by your source. There was, instead a very incisive understanding of the nature of evil.

Evil always has a 'good' reason to do what it does. Whether it's blinding oneself to the deadly oppression of apartheid while enriching self trading in gold and diamonds, or justifying the displacement of people from land they've lived on for thousands of years with euphemisms like "Manifest Destiny" or "God's promise to Abraham" three thousand to five thousand years ago. The ultimate test of good or evil is really too simple for Jews, Arabs, Christian, Blacks, Hindus or anybody else to misconstrue. If what you do to another causes suffering, disease, displacement or death, you are creating evil for that person or group of people, even if you have convinced yourself of the rightness of it. No righteous person will ever believe that Yahweh, Allah, Buddha, or Christ condones the suffering of even one person at the hands of another. Even if God tells a righteous man to do evil to another, that man in his best judgment would question just what 'God' was talking to him and tell him to do his own dirty work.

The correctness of Will Smith's comment bear scrutiny in this very instance, where-because of a largely emotional response at best, a pathological, post-traumatic stress reaction at worst-the JDL is willing to ruin his career, boycott his films and otherwise cause him harm. Having said all this, let's try the same quote and exchange the appellation "Hitler with the appellation "JDL":

Even the "JDL" didn't wake up going, 'let me do the most evil thing I can do today'," said Will. "I think They woke up in the morning and using a twisted, backwards logic, set out to do what they thought was 'good'. Stuff like that just needs reprogramming.

In case you don't know how to analyze stuff like this, let's try it again. IF you re-read the statement without the patented knee-jerk PSD reaction, [let's do it together] you will find something altogether different and altogether reasonable. Here I will highlight the operative words that indicate context, tone and intent. Follow me on this:

Even Hitler didn't wake up going, 'let me do the most evil thing I can do today'," said Will. "I think he woke up in the morning and using a twisted, backwards logic, he set out to do what he thought was 'good'. Stuff like that just needs reprogramming.

Now who is the idiot who found a statement anywhere in this, where Will Smith said anything about Hitler being good? Dammit! It's not there. Nowhere!

So now we have a clue about why human beings cannot-for the life of themselves-live without stupid, backward logic disasters like war! For all the vaunted genius of the race, and I mean the 'human race'-Jews included-thinking things through before nuking babies, and other non-involved parties of these vile reactionary behaviors, is not a strong suite, especially of the people we give such power.

I think the JDL should review this and other ridiculous positions it takes on such matters. In this case you are definitely wrong, in many others your posture comes off dangerously strident, not only for people you fear but for your own self image. A woman who screams stridently that every man who speaks to her is sexually harassing her will soon be considered a candidate for the psyche ward.

You owe Will Smith an apology. You owe yourselves to adjust the tone, intensity and perceptive skills of an organization which relies on it's credibility to accomplish a very necessary and worthwhile function in our world. It would also help if you evolved into the Human Defense League, maybe even the Life Defense League.

Man will always be the last to see his own psychoses. But when they are righteously illuminated, he has the responsibility to himself and all affected, to get to the bottom of it and heal it. Happy New Year! Peace On Earth!

Beyond Rhetoric! The Virtual NationBuilding Mindset!

Forgiveness is a powerful healing force. It opens the ability to distinguish the person from the hateful actions perpetrated by them and creates a context that re-humanizes them. I would dare to guess that every demon can be restored to their original state of grace by being offered and accepting forgiveness. Acceptance is an important part of this spiritual alchemy. No demon will experience the alchemical restoration of grace and the natural beauty that attends it without it because every demon must confront the misery of the atrocities it commits and suffer transformation by virtue of the fact that those stains like "Dorian Gray" alter the image it sees of itself, even if the visage of an angel is glamored over the underlying ugliness. Which is what glamor is. A spell, an enchantment. The problem for the demon is that it must forgive itself. It must realize that the judgment it fears is really already self-imposed and liberate itself of its own censure, for all creation comes from love and purity and truth and goodness. So forgiven must first be offered and accepted from within and without, before true healing returns to us our divine beauty and grace and charm. Every infant comes with this as a natural feature. Rarely is there a child born to men who doesn't shine with it.

Building The Virtual Nation Of African America requires that we understand a few simple truths and incorporate them into our thinking. The most important of which are:

1. While it always should have been, especially for people who'd sworn to have embraced The Lord Jesus Christ as their savior or Allah as their only master, slavery was not a personal attack on individual African Americans by white or arab people who'd been injured by them. It was business. It was wealth creation. The wealth of America and all of Europe and Arabia, all the money in every bank, every building, every church, every mosque, every farm, derives from the plunder of Africa, over thousands, not hundreds of years. Without the skills of Africans, the exploitation of the continent of "America" could not have happened.

2. The unseen enemies of Africans were also [unbeknown to them] the long time enemies of the scurvy rabble that endured the months, years at sea plying the trade, the hazardous treks through quite often hostile alien territory where it was very likely you would die trying with all their might to scratch out a living, achieve a life that made sense under the lash of this secret, malicious enemy. All the techniques of human submission to the will of supposed 'masters' had long been tried, tested and perfected on white, European serfs, peasants and the like via inquisitions, war and suffering for even more thousands of years. All the bait and switch tactics of evil deceivers had already undermined the intent of the Magna Carta[ the end to the enslavement of men] with concepts like indentured servant. All this while Africans were enjoying lifestyles of the rich and famous by comparison. Which is why to-very-day the enemy we, black and white see in each other has made our secret enemy laugh at how stupid we are, how easy it is to put us at each others throats while counting fat cash all the way to the bank. Which is why the genocide tools of crack and meth have been so effective, crack in black neighborhoods and meth in poor white neighborhoods with here and there a little crossover. All this while 20 million new mexican niggers and new mexican crackers replace the old, contentious, OSHA protected, rights educated work force for lower wages, and no benefits.

3. Knowing that the authors of racism devised it as a tool to confuse the issues and divert the righteous indignation of abused white labor onto a false path-abused black labor; knowing that truly all labor was being systematically robbed in the most heinous fashion of health, liberty and life and the pursuit of happiness, [for nobody found happiness in foundries, factories, mines or fields and most found grievous injury and death in exchange for the ridiculous pittance they received compared to the wealth they produced] strips away the glamor and lays bare truths that no polarization into black/white, democrat/republican, leftist/rightist or male/female can confuse: We have all been viciously used and deliberately confused about who the enemy is and what its agenda really is. "

Rev. 12:7 And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great dragon was hurled down--that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

Rev. 12:10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:

"Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. 11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. 12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short."

Facts prepare a foundation and the platform for forgiveness. Forgiveness cannot not be accomplished while lies continue to parade as truth. We have the facts. Forgiveness allows us to get down to the real work. Having forgiven we remove the burden vengeance would place on us, we humanize the demons so they no longer seem invincible and we get down to the real work. The real work is to create the means for neutralizing the mis-education of our selves and our children. The real work is to arm ourselves and our children, not with weapons of war but with weapons of knowledge. Practical knowledge that greets us on our desktop before we engage the world. Before the liars get to us with spun out versions of truth. Tools with which to engage the world wisely, not as lab rats trained to push buttons for treats but as thinking creatures armed with the tools for accurate assessments of our situation from day to day. This is what we create when we create the Virtual Nation Of African America.

We create this because our testimony is important for people now being victimized as we were, while thinking they're coming up in the world. This is the clear denotation of the euphemism "globalization".

We create this because we know we have outlived our usefulness to the enemies we made rich and powerful and must recreate how we create wealth. Must re-define what wealth is.

We create this because those who have been fooled to see us as their enemy must know that we have always been their brothers in suffering, in shared experience, in shared hope for our families and because they must see how wonderful our contributions are to the world, how often we have relieved their suffering with our unique gifts.

We create this to free ourselves and to free our 'enemies', for surely our enemy is enslaved and suffering far more than we are.

We create this to end the hungry hearts of our sons and daughters, our incarcerated and debilitated, for real leadership, sincere and selfless service to their their lives and the realization of true hope that things ultimately will justify so much pain and suffering.
